FARM SCREWS

For installation of trapezoidal sheets, special self-drilling screws with the EPDM pad, which secures the tightness of the joints, are used. We supply them in the colour shade of the roofs, in various sizes in plastic packaging and with a free extension.

RIDGE (COMB) VENTILATION BELT MASLEN PREMIUM

Ventilation belt of the ridge with high vapor permeability, guarantees perfect ventilation of the space between the roof covering and the upper layers of the roof system. The middle part is made of technical fabric with very good diffusion properties. The fabric is sewn with profiled aluminium with a thickness of 0.14 mm. There are butyl tapes at the bottom at the edges.

CONTACT HIGH-DIFFUSIVE FOIL

Safety waterproofing for sloping roofs allows the transfer of water vapor from the attic and at the same time, draws the condensation from the attic space. It is placed under countertops on the entire surface of the roofing. (1 package = 75 m2). It is sold as a whole package or as a half package (37.5 m2). It is available in various heights – 100 g, 140 g, 180 g.

PROTECTION VENTILATION GRID

It is used against the insect’s infiltration into the space under the roofing. It is given in bm with rounding up according to the total length of the gutter edging. It is sold in the following dimensions in 5 m rolls: 50, 80 and 100 mm. It is available in plastic or aluminium in various colours.

VENTILATION RIDGE 1000/50

The protection from the leaves and small animals getting into the space under the roof covering. It is mainly used for roofing with a higher wave (GAPA, ALUGAPA, T-35), where the use of the protection ventilation grid is not sufficient.

CHIMNEY’S ASPHALT BAND

It is used instead of chimney sheeting and other transitions through the roof covering. The number is given in running meters according to chimney’s parameters. It is available in various colours.

TRANSITION CONNECTOR

It has universal usage (transition of sewage ventilation tube, power line, aerial). The parameter of collar is given by diameter of body transcendent over the roof. It can be divided or not divided, according to the type of transition through the roof covering.

COMPRIBAND

It is a self-adhesive polyurethane foam which has a cell structure and is impregnated with a modified acrylate dispersion. It is used as an additional measure against driven rain, snow, dust, and flying insects and birds. Is is used on both sides of the gutter.

PROFILE SEALING BELT

It is used as an effective filling for holes in the installation of profiled roof and wall coverings. Each type of sealing belt is made especially for a specific roofing or trapezoidal sheet, so it reliably seals the gaps against the penetration of cold, wind, insects and birds. Available for all types

REPAIR POLISH AND SPRAY

It is used for flushing and repair of the potential scratches induced by the conveyance or the installation.

SIKA PLUMBING SEALANTS

Sikaflex-11 FC+ is a 1-component, moisture-curing elastic sealant and multi-purpose polyurethane-based adhesive. It is suitable for interior and exterior. We have different types of sealants in different colours with a long service life.

SIKA MULTISEAL

It is a self-adhesive sealing tape composed of aluminium foil reinforced with polyester film and coated with a bitumen-based self-adhesive layer. It is used to create watertight and waterproof joints at various transitions through the roofing, to seal cracks, joints and glue leaky joints. The tape is supplied in gray, but it can be painted over. Supplied packaging: w. 100 mm / 3m, w. 200 m / 3m).

BUTYL RUBBER TAPE

It is used to displace joints when installing snow barriers.

REPAIR AND SEALING ADHESIVE TAPE

It is used to remove minor damage, gluing overlaps of safety waterproofing foils based on polypropylene (PP), in order to provide a waterproof and windproof underroof. Also suitable for gluing and sealing wall joints and penetrations. It protects the layers of roofs and attics from the penetration of water and snow in case of damaged roofing, as well as from insects.

DUO PLUS DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVE TAPE

It is used for permanent sealing as well as gluing of overlaps and penetrations of diffusely open safety waterproofing and vapour barriers based on polyethylene, paper, aluminium, as well as other materials used in construction.

SEALING TAPE UNDER COUNTER PLATES

It is designed for sealing after breakthrough by nails when assembling counter plates. Apply the tape with a self-adhesive surface directly on the counter plate or on the surface of the securing waterproofing and then attach the counter plate to the roof construction with nails.

EXPANSION TAPE FOR FOLDED ROOFING

It is used to permanently seal a standing fold at low roof slopes to achieve a watertight joint. It can also be used in trapezoidal sheet metal lintels to seal the joint at low slopes.

ROOF HATCH

The roof hatches serve as exits to the roof, to perform technical maintenance of the chimney, roof cladding or aerial and at the same time, to illuminate the interiors. It is suitable for uninsulated attics.

We offer roof hatches from the company VELUX (45×55 cm or 45×73 cm).

VENTILATION CHIMNEY

It is used for ventilation and air passage through the roof cladding of fume hoods, gas boilers and sewers. It is available in various colours, uninsulated, insulated and also with a fan.

DIFLEX

It is a high-diffusion membrane under the folded metal sheet roofing for formwork. The drainage layer creates a gap between the folded covering and the membrane and at the same time draws the condensation from the covering to the membrane and draws moisture out.
