Metal roofs
Plumbing accessories include all roofing accessories that are made of metal sheet, whether steel, aluminium, galvanized or coloured. This includes all edgings that need to be used for the proper functioning of the roof. In our portfolio, there are edgings which are made by machine, in standard dimensions and in all colours or surface treatments. However, we also offer the possibility of ordering atypical edgings in various sizes, which are custom-made according to the needs and wishes of the customer. The most common edgings are ridges, leeward slats (wind bars), side and gutter edgings, grooves and transition slats.

Front of the ridge (comb)
It is used to close a round gable ridge on a saddle roof from one or two sides. The number of pieces is given according to the number of free ends of the gable ridge.
Round ridge (comb)
It is used to cover the ridge. It is used for roof coverings to cover the ridge and the corner of the roof. It is produced in 2 m lengths. When ordering, we calculate all the lengths of the ridge and corner and we divide it by 1.9 (overlapping 10 cm). It is sold in whole pieces.
Saddle ridge (comb)
It is used to cover the ridge. It is usually used for trapezoidal sheets or for high slopes of roof coverings (where it is not possible to use a round ridge) to cover the ridge and the corner of the roof. It is produced in 2 m lengths. When ordering, we calculate all the lengths of the ridge and corner and we divide it by 1.9 (overlapping 10 cm). You can also order a smooth ridge without overlaps. It is sold in whole pieces.
Corner ridge (comb)
It is used to end the corner of the roof. It is connected to a round ridge. How many corner ends the roof has, so many corner ridges will be used for it.
Leeward slat (wind bar) under the roof
It is used for roof ending on sides of the slope. Its purpose is to avoid the blow out of the covering. We calculate the lengths fo the side rafters – leeward and divide by 1.9 (overlapping 10 cm).
Leeward slat (wind bar) on the roof
- It is used for all types of trapezoids as a wind bar in the place of the first and the last rafter. It is produced in 2 m lengths as standard. We can also make it custom-made, if requested. It is placed along the entire length of the rafter.
- It is used for countertop roofing with ŠKRIDPLECH, GAPA and all trapezoids as a finishing bar in the upper part of the roof. It is produced in 2 m lengths. We calculate the total width of the roof – the final top and we divide it by 1.9 (overlapping 10 cm).
Side edging under the covering
It is used mainly on the contacts of the roof with the vertical building construction. Calculation based on the length of the side edging in the contact with a building construction and we divide it by 1.9 (overlapping 10 cm) It is produced in 2 m lengths. It is sold in whole pieces.

Gutter edging
Gutter edging is usually used for regulation of the interfluent water from the covering direct to the gutter. It is produced in 2 m lengths. If requested, custom production is possible. Calculation based on the lengths of all external sides, where will be placed a gutter and divide by 1.9 (overlapping 10 cm). The number is count in pieces and rounded up to whole pieces.
Gutter edging under the foil with the width 125 mm is used to drain the condensate from the roofing foil.
Snow barrier 2m
It is used to block snow on the roof. Above the length of the roof of 3.5 m, another row of snow barriers is necessary to be placed. 7 pieces of long screws (60×4.8 mm) and 7 pieces of short screws (20×4.8 mm) plus a butyl rubber seal must be included with each piece of snow barrier. The snow barrier is supplied with a reinforcing profile 0.75x50x50. The number is given in pieces. It is necessary to follow the assembly instructions during installation – especially with regard to the number of pieces depending on the snow zone.
Groove
It is used for drainage of water in the groove for covering ŠKRIDPLECH, GAPA and SYMETRA15 and all types of trapezoids. It is produced in 2 m lengths. Calculation based on the lengths of all grooves and divided by 1.8 (overlapping 20 cm). Compriband – UNI sealing strip must also be included for the groove.
Groove with central punch
The central punch serves to direct rainwater and snow in the groove towards the gutter to prevent penetration into the space under the roof.
Transition of different types of coverings
It is used to separate different types of coverings on one roof. It is placed along the entire length of the roofing. It is produced in 2 m lengths. We calculate the lengths of the covering in the places where the bar is used and divided by 1.9 (overlapping 10 cm). It is sold in whole pieces.
Transition of different slopes
They are used to “create bridge” between two different slopes of roofing. One part is laid under the roofing and the other one on the roofing. It is used at the transition from a saddle roof to a counter roof or vice versa. It is produced in 2 m lengths. We calculate the lengths of the transition and divide it by 1.9 (overlapping 10 cm).
Lining around the chimney
It is a set of four edgings that allow tight and aesthetic plating of the chimney from all four sides. The production length of each edging is 1 m or it is adapted to the customer’s requirements.
Wind bar for FOLD
The so-called gable edging of the folded roofing. It is used to end the roof on the sides after the slope, but also as the upper end strip of counter roofs. Its purpose is to prevent the roofing from blowing. It also prevents rainwater or snow from flowing under the roofing. It is produced in 2m lengths. When calculating the number of pieces, a 10 cm overlap must be taken into account.
Wind bar for KLIKpanel
The so-called gable edging of KLIKpanel. It is used to end the roof on the sides after the slope. Its purpose is to prevent the roofing from blowing. It also prevents rainwater or snow from flowing under the roofing. It is produced in 2m lengths. When calculating the number of pieces, a 10 cm overlap must be taken into account.
Gutter edging for FOLD and KLIKpanel
It is also known as a “starting bar“ because it serves as a starting profile for the strips of folded roofing or “KLIKpanel“. The edging must be installed in one level to ensure simple and parallel installation of the roofing. It is produced in 2m pieces. When calculating the number of pieces, a 10 cm overlap must be taken into account.
Comb Z ventilation bar
Perforated Z-shaped bar, which is placed under the comb and serves to ventilate the roofing. It is produced in 0.5 m lengths for easier installation between standing folds of folded roofing or in a length of 0.46m for KLIKpanel. It is used on both sides of the comb and of the corner.
