KLIKpanel

As its name evokes, KLIKpanel is a roof and facade panel with a standing “KLIK“ lock which looks like a classic folded roofing. It can be used in buildings with original modern architecture, or as a facade panel with both horizontal and vertical method of laying. However, it can also give older buildings a special look, so it can also be used in historic city centres. The biggest advantages of the KLIK panel clearly include simple and fast installation. Each panel contains a perforated groove for its anchoring with a flat head screw, which guarantees concealed anchoring and allows its use from 10°. The system of anchoring elements hidden under the roofing eliminates unwanted interventions in the roof panels.

KLIKpanel is made of high-quality steel sheet by cold rolling. By shaping the sheets, we obtain a unique look with a fold built on both sides of the roof strip which fit together, which facilitate the assembly of the roofing. The production uses hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with an above-standard layer of ZINC, which is very important to achieve the necessary corrosion protection. The sheets are further passivated (chrome-plated) and finally treated with a double polyester spray. The roofing can be obtained in three different surface treatments: GLOSS, MAT and HB50 MAT, which differ from each other in the amount of paint used, the method of application and, last but not least, the warranty. Glossy and mat coverings are covered by a 10-year warranty, for the premium HB50 MAT treatment, there is a warranty of up to 30 years. The roofing can also be made of aluminium sheet, which extends its warranty up to 60 years.

DIFLEX FOIL

It is a highly diffuse membrane under a folded metal sheet roofing for shuttering. The drainage layer creates a gap between the folded roofing and the membrane and at the same time, it removes condensation from the covering to the membrane and draws moisture out.

Wind bar for KLIKpanel

The so-called gable edging of KLIKpanel. It is used to end the roof on the sides after the slope, but also as the upper end strip of counter roofs. Its purpose is to prevent the roofing from blowing. It also prevents rainwater or snow from flowing under the roofing. It is produced in 2m lengths. When calculating the number of pieces, a 10 cm overlap must be taken into account.

Gutter edging for FOLD and KLIKpanel

It is also known as a “starting bar“ because it serves as a starting profile for the strips of folded roofing or “KLIKpanel“. The edging must be installed in one plane to ensure simple and parallel installation of the roofing. It is produced in 2m pieces. When calculating the number of pieces, a 10 cm overlap must be taken into account.

Comb Z ventilation bar

Perforated Z-shaped bar, which is placed under the comb and serves to ventilate the roofing. It is produced in 0.5 m lengths for easier installation between standing folds of folded roofing or in a length of 0.46m for KLIKpanel. It is used on both sides of the comb and corner.

EXPANSION TAPE FOR FOLDED ROOFING

It is used to permanently seal a standing fold at low roof slopes to achieve a waterproof joint. It can also be used in the lintels of trapezoidal sheets to seal the joint at low gradients.
